Formed in 1965 in partnership with New Hope Baptist Church and HUD, New Hope Home Inc. is a non-profit affordable housing community for seniors aged 62 and older and individuals with disabilities. Located in Long Beach, California, the 8-story property encompasses 140 apartment units and underwent a major renovation in 2012.
