"After 1 day at The Pavilion my fears were gone. The customer service by all levels of staff was just amazing. It doesn’t matter the title on their name tag, they help you with whatever you need at the time you ask. The high level of rehab I received was just outstanding. I still do the exercises they taught me when I was discharged. The Nursing Services Director, Shirley, checked on me every day and knew everything about me. She is an absolute gem as is Wes the CEO.
