The following are not permitted:

• Harassment or bullying
• Threats or intimidation
• Hate speech or discriminatory language
• Personal attacks or insults
• Abusive, offensive, or inflammatory content

2. Share Information Responsibly

Many discussions within CareGrade™ Circle involve important life decisions. Please make every effort to share information that is accurate and helpful.

The following are not permitted:

• Knowingly provide false or misleading information
• Impersonate another individual or organization
• Misrepresent your relationship to a community, provider, or service

3. Protect Privacy

Please respect the privacy of others.

The following are not permitted:

• Private health information without permission
• Personal contact information belonging to another individual
• Financial information
• Confidential or sensitive records
• Content that violates applicable privacy laws

Before sharing information about another person, ensure you have the authority or permission to do so.

4. No Spam or Unauthorized Promotion

CareGrade™ Circle is intended for discussion, collaboration, and support.

The following are not permitted:

• Spam
• Unsolicited marketing
• Repeated promotional posts
• Fraudulent offers
• Attempts to collect personal information for commercial purposes

Authorized CareGrade™ partners and providers must follow all applicable platform policies.

5. Keep Content Relevant

CareGrade™ Circle is intended for discussions related to:

Content that is unrelated, disruptive, or intentionally off-topic may be removed.

6. Report Concerns

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Community Standards, please use the Report feature within the platform.

Reports are reviewed by the CareGrade™ team and may result in content removal or account action when appropriate.

7. Enforcement

CareGrade™ reserves the right to:

• Remove content
• Restrict access to certain features
• Suspend accounts
• Permanently terminate accounts

for violations of these Community Standards or our Terms of Use.
